The Impact You'll Make:
As our Stock Associate, you’ll be the behind-the-scenes hero who ensures every customer finds the perfect pair in the right size—right when they need it. You’ll keep our shelves full, our backroom organized, and our inventory accurate, making it possible for our sales team to deliver outstanding service.
What You'll Do:
- Receive, unpack, and inspect incoming shoe shipments for accuracy and quality.
- Organize and maintain the stockroom so every style and size is easy to find.
- Replenish the sales floor quickly and neatly to keep displays full and appealing.
- Assist with inventory counts and help track stock levels using our POS/inventory system.
- Work closely with sales associates to locate requested sizes and styles for customers.
- Follow safety and loss prevention procedures to protect merchandise and team members.
What You'll Bring:
- Strong organizational skills and an eye for detail—you notice when something is out of place.
- Ability to lift and move boxes (up to 40 lbs) and be on your feet for most of your shift.
- A team-first attitude and willingness to help wherever needed.
- Basic familiarity with inventory systems or willingness to learn quickly.
- Reliability—you show up on time and ready to work.
